In 2024, SaaSpeople was named a Rising Star Partner by Salesforce — recognition of our rapid growth and impact across APAC. That same year, we launched SaaSpeople US, based in Dallas, to support growing demand across North America.
But our journey started well before that.
Founded in 2012 as Australia’s first Salesforce-focused search agency, we’ve grown into a full-service partner delivering implementation, optimization, managed services, and strategic hiring across APAC and the US.

Brett Orlando brings over 20 years of technology leadership and sales expertise to his role as Country Head at SaaSpeople. A seasoned RPA and automation evangelist, Brett has spent his career helping companies embrace innovation, streamline operations, and deliver measurable outcomes through cutting-edge technologies.
Known for his relentless customer focus, strategic mindset, and ability to inspire high-performance teams, Brett has built a reputation for turning emerging technologies into real-world solutions. At SaaSpeople, he leads U.S. operations with a focus on client growth, scalable workforce strategies, and delivering white-glove service that sets the standard in the SaaS industry.
Brett is based in Frisco, Texas and is passionate about empowering organizations to achieve more—with fewer barriers and better technology.
Mark Jones - President / CEO
With over 20 years of leading global consulting teams across four continents, Mark is all about people-led, results-focused delivery.
When not building SaaSpeople, he’s with family outdoors, or training for triathlons and cheering on the mighty South Sydney Rabbitohs.
Tristan Magutro - Head of Consulting & Architecture
Tristan Magturo is a globally recognized Salesforce Architect and technical leader with over a decade of experience delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions. Tristan brings a rare blend of deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on leadership to every engagement.
With 20+ Salesforce certifications—including Application Architect, Development Lifecycle & Deployment Architect, and Identity & Access Management—Tristan is known for architecting high-performance Salesforce ecosystems that scale with business needs. He has led digital transformation initiatives for clients across APAC and North America, guiding projects from initial discovery and presales to deployment and long-term optimization.
At SaaSpeople, Tristan is responsible for leading technical strategy and delivery operations across the region—ensuring that clients not only get powerful solutions but also white-glove service from a team that truly understands their goals.
When he’s not optimizing CRM architecture, you’ll likely find Tristan mentoring up-and-coming Salesforce professionals or diving into the latest innovations in cloud technology.
